Our Spa Representative will call to confirm your appointment. Our spa professionals will pamper you between the hours of 10:00 am to 10:00 pm 7 days a week. Appointments scheduled before 10 am and after 8 pm may be available subject to a $25 surcharge. Please allow 1 hour for our response to your online reservation.
A professional and licensed spa professional who has been appropriately screened and trained will arrive at your hotel approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. After a brief introduction you will complete an intake form which includes a brief medical history. Unfortunately, any contra-indications to massage such as pregnancy, or any advanced disease cannot be accommodated. (Click Here For More Information) Your therapist will then inquire about any concerns you have and customize a spa treatment that meets your therapeutic needs! While our therapist leaves the room please disrobe to your level of comfort and lie under the massage linens. Our therapists only use top quality linens, lotions, and oils. All of our premium products contain Certified Organic Botanicals with other Natural ingredients. However, please let us know if you have any allergic reactions.
At the conclusion of your treatment you will re-dress while your therapist leaves the room. As your therapist packs up their equipment you will be asked to sign a receipt and complete a comment card. You will receive a copy of the receipt, and please leave the comment card at the front desk when you check out. At this time any tips for outstanding service may be paid directly to your therapist or added to your credit card.
Please contact us if you have any questions. Cancellation Policy: All confirmed appointments will be guaranteed via credit card. Your credit card information will be used to hold the appointment and will not be charged until 4 hours before your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change a confirmed appointment. Appointments starting before noon must be changed by 5:00 pm the evening prior. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in charges in full.
